How can I check the status of my order?
When you log into your account at labels.dpidirect.com, you can select "Order History" from the "My Account" dropdown in the upper right menu (near the search bar). Click the dropdown arrow to the left of the order you want to check. Your order status will be displayed in the table below. You can also easily reorder labels from this screen. (If you checked out as a guest, we automatically created an account for you. Your password was sent to your email address.)


What are your customer service or business hours?
DPI Direct is open 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Time.


When will my order ship?
In stock orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. In stock orders placed after 12:00pm PT will ship the following day. Custom labels will ship in 7-10 business days.


Why is there tax on my order?
Orders shipped to a location within California are subject to California sales tax. Per county tax code, we must charge 7.75% sales tax. This tax is only applied to the final sales amount of the product, not to the shipping.


How long will “Saved for Later” items be saved on my account?
60 days


Why is Kimdura more expensive then Tyvek?
Kimdura is a thicker material that will hold up in most weather conditions.


Can I order an EPA manifest?
No, we do not offer EPA manifests at this time.


What is your return/refund policy?
Labels can be returned for a refund. If the labels need to be returned because the incorrect labels were ordered, you can return them at the your shipping expense. All the labels must be returned in good condition for a full refund. You will need to contact customer service for more information and instructions.
